Wafer Handling

The atmospheric wafer transfer robot (hereafter “robot”) is built for cleanroom use, comprising a base, arm, and optional wafer fork. It transfers wafers via adsorption and clamping through cyclic joint motions, with movements on the Z-axis (lift), T-axis (rotate), and R/W-axis (arm extend/retract).
