The three-day LASER World of Photonics Shanghai 2026 has successfully concluded. At this exhibition, XIVI showcased a range of self-developed and self-manufactured core mechatronic products, built upon our core technological strengths and long-term development strategy. This not only represented a comprehensive display of XIVI’ s years of technological expertise in precision equipment manufacturing, but also served as an important opportunity for us to stay connected with industry trends, listen to market needs, engage with global partners, and gain a sharper understanding of developments in the photonics industry.

Booth Highlights

 

 

Throughout the exhibition, the XIVI team maintained an efficient reception pace. With warm and attentive service, our on-site staff professionally answered technical inquiries, explained product operating procedures, and clearly demonstrated key performance advantages to every visitor. These face-to-face interactions helped us strengthen our connection with the market and global partners, while also giving more visitors a direct experience of XIVI’ s technical capabilities and brand vision.

Exhibit Overview

 

At this exhibition, XIVI presented a range of self-developed and self-manufactured precision motion and control products. Each one reflects our accumulated technical expertise and innovative thinking, accurately addressing the practical needs of high-end manufacturing and photonics applications.  

  

 

 

VAL Series Air Bearing Motion Platform

 

The VAL Series Motion Platform is an air bearing linear platform developed by XIVI for high-precision, high-end application scenarios. Leveraging deep expertise in materials, design, and analysis, our R&D team continuously optimized the overall platform structure. By adopting non-contact air bearings and a magnetic preload design, the VAL Series achieves frictionless and smooth motion, enabling sub-micron and even nanometer-level positioning accuracy and repeatability. It is ideally suited for advanced applications such as precision inspection and semiconductor manufacturing.  

 

 

VXT Series Precision Linear Platform

 

The VXT Series Platform consists of linear cross-roller bearings, a linear motor, and a non-contact linear encoder. It adopts a center-driven ironless motion design, which eliminates cogging effects, ensures smooth speed control, and further improves operating efficiency. Combining high performance with high accuracy, it is an ideal choice for high-precision automation applications.  

 

 

Controllers, Motors, and Vibration isolators

 

The independently displayed controllers, motors, and vibration isolators are all developed in-house by XIVI. We provide our industry partners with modular and customized core component solutions, delivering efficient, safe, and reliable end-to-end technical support for high-end manufacturing.
